News Corp. Investors Tie US Units To Hacking

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 1:11 PM EDT) -- A class of institutional investors already battling News Corp. in Delaware over a reporting scandal at its defunct U.K. tabloid said Tuesday that the company's board had known for more than 10 years that a pair of U.S. subsidiaries were illegally hacking into rivals' computers and engaging in other anti-competitive behavior.
