Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 6:07 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission gave Wells Fargo & Co. the go-ahead Tuesday to buy hedge fund administrator LaCrosse Global Fund Services from Cargill Inc. as the bank ramps up its alternative investment capabilities.
The agency granted early termination to its antitrust review a week after the transaction was announced.
Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
