Former SAC Capital Exec Settles SEC Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 2:34 PM ET) -- Convicted ex-SAC Capital Advisors LP portfolio manager Donald Longueuil agreed Monday to settle a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit alleging he profited from insider trading with the help of expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC.
