Hotfile Says Warner's Anti-Piracy Actions Are Illegal

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 4:34 PM ET) -- File-sharing website owner Hotfile Corp. lodged a counterclaim in Florida on Monday accusing Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. of misusing an anti-piracy tool to wrongfully delete thousands of files in which it had no copyright interest.
