Ford, Others To Pay $1M For Oil Cleanup In Detroit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. and three other companies will shell out a total of $1 million to help clean up a Detroit Superfund site, in exchange for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's promise not to sue over the oil contamination, federal officials revealed Tuesday.
