Writer Sues Warner Bros., CW For $11M Over 'H8R' Show

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 9:30 PM ET) -- A television writer on Monday filed an $11 million suit against Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and the CW Network LLC in New York state court, alleging they stole his idea for the new show "H8R" in which celebrities try to win over their biggest critics.
