Boeing Used Secrets To Nab $1B Contract: Ex-Partner

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 8:40 PM EDT) -- Alabama Aircraft Industries Inc. sued Boeing Co. in Alabama state court Friday, alleging the aviation giant broke a pact when it used the company's proprietary information to swindle it out of half of a $1.1 billion contract with the U.S. Air Force.
