Judge Delays Decision On Lehman Blitz For Giants Docs

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 2:13 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge said Wednesday that he would put off deciding whether Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. could peek at 29 emails at the center of a $300 million dispute with Giants Stadium LLC.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James A. Peck said at a hearing that he would put off deciding on whether the emails were discoverable until he had a chance to read them himself.
