Rebekah Brooks Snubbed In UK Hacking Probe

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Former News Corp. executive Rebekah Brooks on Wednesday was denied the ability to cross-examine witnesses and have legal representation in a government inquiry into British press practices in the wake of the News of the World phone-hacking scandal.
