Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 9:51 PM ET) -- SC Johnson & Son Inc. accused manufacturer Nutraceutical Corp. in Wisconsin federal court Monday of infringing three trademarked Off and Bug-Off insect repellent products with its line of similar repellent products called Bug Off.
SC Johnson contends that Utah-based Nutraceutical and a related entity, NutraMarks Inc., have been selling its bug spray product with an image that is a "copy and color imitation" of SC Johnson trademarks.
