BP Can't Refuse To Renew Franchise Contracts: Judge

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 7:53 PM ET) -- A federal judge ruled Wednesday that, having failed to show good cause, BP Products North America Inc. couldn't refuse to renew its franchise agreements with a slew of New Jersey gas station operators without violating state law.
