Motorola Must Reveal Huawei Deal In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Chicago (September 15, 2011, 2:05 PM EDT) -- Motorola Corp. on Thursday was ordered to reveal to rival Lemko Corp. the terms of its settlement with Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. in its suit accusing Huawei of benefiting from proprietary information allegedly stolen for Lemko by ex-Motorola employees.
