NY Court Upholds Most Claims In Bronx Cancer Suits

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court ruled Thursday that 11 plaintiffs suing New York City over acute lymphoid leukemia allegedly caused by contamination at a Bronx landfill had offered enough evidence to sustain their claims, but that two plaintiffs suing over Hodgkin's lymphoma had not.
