2nd Circ. Will Hear Richard Prince’s Photo Use Appeal

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 2:54 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday refused to toss artist Richard Prince's appeal of a lower court's ruling that he violated a French photographer's copyright by creating a series of collages and paintings that used his photographs.
