Lawmakers Urge Block Of Sirius-XM Merger

Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bipartisan group of 72 members of the U.S. House of Representatives sent a letter Monday to the U.S. Attorney General and the heads of the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission, urging them to oppose the proposed merger of Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio amid monopoly concerns.
