Madoff Feeder Fund Sues Societe Generale For $35M

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 5:51 PM ET) -- Trustees of bankrupt Fairfield Sentry Ltd., a feeder fund for imprisoned fraudster Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme, filed suit last week in New York in an effort to recover $35 million that a unit of Societe Generale SA redeemed before the scheme came to light.
