Liquor Co. Must Stop Using Duke Ellington Brand

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday ruled that alcoholic beverage marketer Iconic Brands Inc. must pay off the estate of Duke Ellington's son after having affixed the legendary jazz composer's trademarked name to the company's liquor line without permission.
