USPTO Panel Nixes Savings Patent In BofA Row

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 6:02 PM ET) -- A U.S. Patent and Trademark Office appeals panel on Monday affirmed the rejection of a patent that covers automatic financial account transfers and that has been central to litigation over Bank of America NA's "Keep the Change" savings program.
