Regional Telecom Launches Latest Suit Over AT&T Merger

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 10:38 PM ET) -- Regional wireless provider Cellular South Inc. was the latest party to challenge AT&T Inc.'s proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc. when it filed suit Monday in Washington federal court, claiming the merger would harm smaller, regional service providers.
