ITC Must Reconsider Duties On Asian Fasteners: CIT

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- In a victory for a Nucor Corp. unit, the U.S. Court of International Trade ordered the U.S. International Trade Commission in an opinion released Monday to review its determination that American companies aren’t harmed by steel fastener imports from China and Taiwan.
