Federal IP Crime Prosecutor Joins McCarter & English

Law360, New York (December 13, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former federal intellectual property crime prosecutor Scott S. Christie has joined McCarter & English, LLP, as a partner in the firm’s Newark office.

The former Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey served as Intellectual Property Coordinator since 1998 and Computer and Telecommunications Coordinator since 1997, according to McCarter & English.

In his government role, Mr. Christie provided guidance to business and other prosecutors on copyright, trademark, and trade secret theft.
