AT&T Seeks Trial In DOJ Case Over T-Mobile Deal

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 8:04 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc. won't move to dismiss the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust case over its proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc., preferring to proceed toward trial, AT&T counsel told a judge Wednesday in Washington, according to a lawyer familiar with the case.
