Ex-SEC Atty Denies Conflict Of Interest In Madoff Case

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 9:55 PM EDT) -- Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer David Becker will tell lawmakers he acted appropriately in handling the agency's response to Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme and refute allegations he had a conflict of interest, according to testimony released Wednesday.
