Sen. Seeks New Regulations To Curb Duty Evasion

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 10:59 PM ET) -- Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., introduced a bill Tuesday that would create new regulations for customs brokers and require the Department of Homeland Security to improve its importer database in an effort to keep foreign companies from evading anti-dumping and countervailing duties.
