Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday rejected an electricity supplier's suit alleging two federal agencies failed to properly account for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses in their proposal requests, ruling it did not have a stake in the bidding.
