Fed. Circ. Nixes Cordance Patent In Amazon 1-Click Suit

Law360, San Diego (September 23, 2011, 4:33 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday ruled that one of three Cordance Corp. patents in an infringement suit against Amazon.com Inc.’s 1-click purchasing system was invalid, while the other two were valid but not infringed.
