Goodrich Investors Seek To Block $16.5B United Tech Deal

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A Goodrich Corp. shareholder hit the company with a putative class action Friday in an attempt to block its proposed $16.5 billion merger with industrial giant United Technologies Corp., claiming the transaction is not worth Goodrich's value.
