Ex-Chrysler Workers Ask High Court To Revive Union Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 26, 2011, 5:05 PM ET) -- A group of former Daimler Chrysler Corp. machine repairmen asked the Supreme Court last week to revive a suit alleging the United Auto Workers unfairly shifted work to other skilled laborers, saying the high court could explicitly determine if the continuing violation doctrine can be applied in fair representation cases.
