CIMCO Exec Dodges Lincoln Electric Antitrust Claim

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 5:43 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge on Monday tossed a Sherman Act claim from The Lincoln Electric Co.'s putative class action alleging Columbia Iron & Metal Co.'s former head sold company assets to avoid a $23 million antitrust verdict, ruling the claim was time-barred.
