2nd Circ. Upholds Sokol Loss In Suit Over Kazakh Oil Deal

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 7:41 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Monday backed lower court decisions that gutted Sokol Holdings Inc.'s lawsuit against BMB Munai Inc. over the acquisition of oil fields in Kazakhstan, agreeing that a failure to perform doomed Sokol's claim for tortious interference with a contract.
