Timber Groups, Ore. Take CWA Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 7:13 PM ET) -- An Oregon state agency and timber industry groups this month asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on a ruling that runoff from logging roads in Oregon's Tillamook State Forest is subject to permitting requirements under the Clean Water Act.
