MLB Tries To Eject Dodgers' Bankruptcy Counsel

Law360, Wilmington (September 26, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday to bar the two law firms representing the Los Angeles Dodgers — Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP — from participating in the case, saying they are beholden to owner Frank McCourt and not the team itself.
