Insurer Rocks Gibson Again With NY Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 2:06 PM EDT) -- An insurer sued Gibson Guitar Corp. in New York state court on Friday to avoid covering $7 million in flood damages at the company's Nashville, Tenn., headquarters, weeks after a federal judge determined a similar suit should be litigated in Tennessee.
