TSA Erred In Awarding $150M Screening Contract: COFC

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 6:20 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims ordered the federal Transportation Security Administration to cancel a $150 million contract for screening services at Kansas City International Airport after finding that the procurement process was fatally flawed, according to an opinion unsealed Tuesday.
