Boston Sci Didn't Infringe Cordis Stent IP: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 4:07 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld a Delaware federal court ruling in a long-running dispute over heart stent technology, finding that Boston Scientific Corp. did not infringe a patent held by Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. covering stents.
