Lexmark Wins ITC Exclusion Order On Ink Cartridges

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 5:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday issued a general exclusion order barring importation of products that infringe 15 Lexmark International Inc. patents for ink cartridges, concluding a patent infringement investigation into a slew of cartridge makers.
