Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 9:47 PM ET) -- The University of Illinois admitted Wednesday to inflating LSAT scores and GPAs in reports about its College of Law's enrolled classes of 2011 through 2014.
A university-initiated investigation into the last decade of law students' test scores and GPAs found that the school had inaccurately reported students' information in promotional materials and to the American Bar Association and U.S. News & World Report for its law school rankings.
