Pa. Can't Revive Landfill Cleanup Case Against CBS, Exxon

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 3:46 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection on Wednesday failed to revive a case seeking payment from Carnegie Mellon University, CBS Corp. and Exxon Mobil Corp. for the cleanup of hazardous waste from a western Pennsylvania landfill.
