Tricare Data Breach Compromises 5M Patients' Records

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 3:50 PM EDT) -- Tricare, a health care program for active and retired military members, revealed Thursday that a data breach earlier this month had compromised the personal information of approximately 4.9 million beneficiaries who had received care in Texas since 1992.
