SKorea Stands Down In US Steel Tariff Zeroing Row

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 5:34 PM EDT) -- South Korea on Tuesday withdrew a request to the World Trade Organization's dispute settlement body to establish a panel to examine the United States' use of zeroing to calculate anti-dumping duties on corrosion-resistant steel products, in an effort to focus on continued bilateral talks.
