Law360, New York (June 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A day after court documents filed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in the case were unsealed, Whole Foods Markets Inc. said that it would sell 35 Henry's and Sun Harvest store locations should it be allowed to proceed with its proposed acquisition of natural foods rival Wild Oats Markets Inc.
