Apple Settles With E-Vendor Over IPod Headphone Patents

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 12:11 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Tuesday settled in California federal court with a group of mobile device accessories websites over allegations that the sites sell headphones that infringe Apple patents.

The websites — eForCity Corp., AccStation Inc., iTrimming Inc. and EverydaySource Inc. — were each alleged by Apple to be selling earbud-style headphones that infringed four Apple patents.

Terms of the settlement were not immediately disclosed.
