Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 1:34 PM ET) -- Private equity firm Avista Capital Partners has launched a joint venture with Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., providing as much as $200 million for natural gas projects in Ohio and Pennsylvania, the companies announced Friday.
