GAO Throws Out Systek's Army IT Contract Protest

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office shot down System Technologies Inc.'s bid protest over the U.S. Army's decision to award information systems engineering and technology support services contracts to three of Systek's competitors, according to a decision released Friday.
