Ex-MBC Execs Can't Dodge Concealment Charges

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 7:14 PM EDT) -- Two former executives and a former attorney for Mutual Benefits Corp. accused of running an $837 million insurance scam lost a bid to toss charges in Florida that they hid material information from investors, according to an order made public Thursday.
