Food Contractors Win Protest In Court After GAO Loss

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Two food contractors won a protest over a U.S. Defense Logistics Agency contract competition Friday, when a federal judge granted them a permanent injunction on a challenged clause in the solicitation just four months after the U.S. Government Accountability Office dismissed the protest.
