Law360, New York (October 04, 2011, 7:42 PM ET) -- Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP said Monday it had boosted its New York bank finance, high-yield and restructuring capabilities with the addition of five partners from several law firms and the investment banking division of Barclays PLC.
Ronan Wicks, who along with Patrick J. Flanagan comes to Orrick from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP, will be the global co-head of the firm's acquisition finance practice, the firm said.
