Law360, New York (October 04, 2011, 7:36 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Monday revived a environmental suit against lead pigment maker NL Industries Inc. and other defendants over heavy metal contamination in New Jersey's Raritan River, saying a lower court had improperly declined to take up the case.
