Dumping Duties On Chinese, Taiwanese Washers Survive

Law360, Los Angeles (October 4, 2011, 2:58 PM EDT) -- U.S. trade regulators announced Tuesday that their expedited sunset review of anti-dumping duty orders on helical spring-lock washers from Taiwan and China had found that lifting the orders would likely result in continued dumping.
