Law360, New York (October 05, 2011, 9:52 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Lochner Technologies LLC reached an undisclosed settlement Tuesday with General Dynamics Corp. in a suit alleging infringement of its widely asserted patent for wireless computer systems.
Lochner filed a motion in the Eastern District of Texas to dismiss the action against General Dynamics C4 Systems Inc., which makes and sells servers and computers that use the wireless computer system covered by U.S. Patent Number 7,035,598.
